Match results: All out for no loss

If you go to any country in the world, definitely their will be a Tamil shop. Sorry I mentioned it as any country; it is any town in any country. Hindi is the national language of our country. It is spoken only in India and Tamil is spoken in more than 65 countries across globe.

If there is a star night and one is headed by Tollywood superstar Chiranjeevi and another headed by Kumarimuthu and Kundu Kalyanam in any of the 65 countries, the ticket collection for the programme by Kumarimuthu and Co will be more and do you know the reasons behind it, obviously because of Tamils of Sri Lanka.

Even if it’s a stupid ‘C’ centre Tamil movie, they can get there collection because they are in theatre’s across globe and their CD’s, DVD’s sold in dinars, dollars and pounds. Could Chandramukhi be sold movie of 200 crore without there help?

I can say Malayalam is like a Tamil melody, Telugu is a Tamil Gana then Sri Lankan Tamil is like Lullaby. If you visit a Sri Lankan Tamil, they are so excited and discuss the minutest news(the way we project) that’s happening like the Mumbai bomb blast and the most controversial news like the thanthri went to a prostitute’s house (My god!).

I have spoken to a couple of Sri Lankan Tamils in UK. Though they are in a good state now, whenever one opens his flashback I shed tears and the situations at the moment are likely to replicate the past destruction.

I live in Wales, a state funded by the European Union. There are only a few major cities like Cardiff, Swansea etc. Can you imagine a 200 acre Hindu temple? Though I have some thoughts of atheism carried from my school days, when I visited this temple constructed by Lankan Tamils and gifted to all Indians in a European village I was shaken (Especially have a read on the origins of the temple).

They are interested to know about the amount of salt you add in Biriyani, what is Narasu’s coffee? What you do on Krishna Jayanthi (Jenmastami)? Not in words, they really think you as their brother, but have you ever thought, what’s the problem going on in Sri Lanka, just like dat?

Kamalesh,

Good Post. It makes a point at this moment when they are facing difficulties in their country. Definitely an eye opener for me. I think many would feel the same way.

Do you mean to say that Actor Chiranjeevi and Kundup Kalyanam have attained the same fame?
